Our Team
With nearly 20 years of experience, Kathryn began her marketing career before digital marketing as we know it existed, evolving with the industry. In 2013, she earned a BA (Hons) in Business Management from Liverpool John Moores University, specialising in marketing and data analytics.
She advanced quickly, working with global brands such as GSK and Debenhams. In 2016, Kathryn refined her creative skills at the London Film Academy, developing a passion for cinematography and gaining hands-on experience on film sets. As Director, Kathryn combines her analytical expertise and creative vision to lead the business, overseeing strategy, delivering innovative solutions, and offering tailored consultations to help clients achieve their goals.
Paige is an invaluable member of our team. Currently in her final year at Ulster University, she brings a wealth of knowledge, having worked with renowned brands such as Harry Corry. She is also CIM-qualified, demonstrating her expertise in strategic marketing, industry best practices, and effective campaign management.
With 25 years of experience, Paul has worked with leading companies such as Pollock Lifts and Decors Brands, building a strong foundation in operational excellence. As a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, he brings unparalleled expertise in streamlining processes and ensuring the highest standards of quality. Paul holds a BSc in Business Management, specialising in Quality, from Liverpool John Moores University.

As part of the Clickclick team, Paul oversees quality assurance, operational efficiency, and process improvement. He plays a key role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our video marketing services, both online and on-site, while helping clients optimise their video workflows to achieve outstanding results.
With a BSc in Cinematic Arts from Ulster University and years of experience in the industry, Catherine is a highly valued member of our team, serving as both our videographer and tutor. Her extensive background in visual storytelling and production equips her with a unique blend of technical expertise and hands-on knowledge. As a tutor, Catherine draws on her years of real-world experience to provide learners with practical insights and actionable guidance, ensuring they gain both the skills and confidence needed to succeed.
