Privacy

This says what we hold about you, who else sees it, and how to get it back or deleted. Plain words, because you should not need a solicitor to read a privacy notice. Last updated 21 September 2026.

Who we are

Clickclick Video Marketing Ltd, company number NI707611, registered in Northern Ireland at Arthur House, 41 Arthur Street, Belfast, BT1 4GB. We are the data controller, which means we are the ones responsible for your information. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, registration number ZC252843. If you just visit the site

Nothing that identifies you, unless you accept analytics. If you do, Microsoft Clarity records which parts of a page get clicked and how far people scroll. Our cookie notice explains that one and how to turn it off again. Say no and we collect nothing.

If you fill in a form

We keep your name, your email address and whatever you wrote, so we can reply. We use it to answer you and to talk about working together. Nothing else.

If you fill in one of our forms on Facebook or Instagram

Some of our adverts open a short form inside Facebook or Instagram. If you send one, Meta passes us your name, your email address and your answer to the question on the form. We use them to send you what you asked for, like a free course code or your readiness score, and to follow up about it. You can tell us to stop at any time and we will.

If you buy the certification

We keep your name, your email address, which version you bought, what you paid, the country you told us you are in, your access code, and the answer you gave about your cancellation right. We need all of it to give you the thing you paid for and to handle a refund properly if you ask for one.

We never see your card. The payment happens on Stripe's own page. We get told it worked and are shown the last four digits. The card number never touches us.

Once you are in, we keep which lessons you have marked as done, when, and your certificate number if you finish. That is what lets you clear your phone and pick up where you left off. If you bought the version with a portfolio page, we keep what you typed into it and the files you uploaded, because that page is the point.

If you have a portfolio page

Publishing it makes it public. Anyone with the link can read it. That is what it is for. You can take it offline whenever you want from the same screen you built it on, and it stops being reachable straight away.

Who else sees it

Only companies that do a job for us, and only the part they need:

• Stripe takes the payment and handles refunds.
• Supabase is the database your account and progress live in.
• Resend sends your access code by email. Set to their Ireland servers.
• GitHub serves the web pages themselves.
• Microsoft Clarity, only if you accepted analytics.
• Meta runs the forms on Facebook and Instagram and passes your answers to us.

We do not sell your information. We do not hand it to advertisers. Nobody gets a list of our students.

If you are on the creator roster

When a brand asks us for creators, we send names that fit what they are after. We pass on what you have already made public: your name, your credential number, and your portfolio page if you have one. We do not pass on your email address, your progress, or anything you have not published. Tell us to take you off and we will.

How long we keep it

Enquiries, two years, then they go. Anything tied to a payment, six years, because HMRC requires it. Course accounts stay while yours is open, and for two years after you last used it. Portfolio pages go when you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of everything we hold on you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or tell us to stop emailing you. Email hello@clickclick.video and we have a month to sort it. There is no charge.

If you think we have got it wrong, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113. We would rather you told us first so we can fix it.

Where it is kept

Mostly inside the UK and Europe. Some of the companies above are based in the United States and will hold some of it there, under the safeguards UK data protection law requires of them.

Changes

If we change anything that matters, we will change the date at the top and, if it affects you directly, tell you by email.
